In his paintings Arnaldo uses several techniques. For the Roman Catholic church of the Holy Mother’s Ascension
at ‘s-Gravenzande he designed seven stained glass windows, shown below. Particular to the design
are the perpendicular lines of the drawing, which makes it possible to look at the window from both sides,
during the day from the inside and at night from the outside against the illuminated interior.
The concentric lines enhance the feeling of space and depth.

Arnaldo (Arnold Nieuwendam) is an all-round artist. Every day he is engaged on a painting or a poem. His techniques are oil, pastel and watercolours. He also designs exceptionally complex publicity panels, greeting cards, flyers and books. His oeuvre contains stained-glass windows.  For friends, he building: websites.

Arnaldo also designs stained glass windows, he works as a poet and writes articles and books. Carla and Arnaldo have created numerous pieces of art over the years, some of it in commission. In the past thirty years Arnaldo has had his work in a large number of exhibitions, both in the Netherlands and abroad. His work can be found in many private collections all over the world.
